I can NEVER get help here. Unfortunately they've forfeited several thousands of dollars from me over the years. Maybe hire new management? When I asked for help one time in the paint section, (because several employees were literally standing there chatting at the customer service desk in front in plain sight) they had a terrible attitude with me. I'd rather pay more for good service.

John is THE BEST!!! He spent so much time with us, explaining and helping us find everything we would need to replace our water heater. He answered every question and was friendly and courteous. When we thanked him for taking so much time with us, he said "Aw, it was nothing", but I disagree! He is the definition of customer service!

We bought a refrigerator from Lowe's Owasso. They did not tell us that they did not send out repairman to fix your refrigerator if it was broken. The company of the refrigerator sends out a repairman that they choose. The repairman they sent to our house was dirty and rude. If we had done this in the beginning we would not about or purchase the icebox from Lowe's Owasso. The brand new refrigerator is Frigidaire. The warranty through Lowe's extended warranties.

Great customer service. I purchased a refrigerator from here Wednesday and after getting it home it doesn't work. I went back to the store the next day and they replaced it with no problems. Not just parts the whole thing. Even delivered it with no problems. I will be a frequent shopper. Thanks so much

To the lady at the desk near the carpet--thank you for the toy boat kit! I put it together for my son, and he loves the boat! It made his day. I had a hard time convincing him that the paint needed to dry before I could put it together. ;)

Came to pick up an online order and there was only one customer service personnel doing both returns and customer service. THREE employees, including the service manager, came by the pick-up register and no one acknowledged that there were several people waiting in line, while the cashier was helping other customers with returns. We don't mind the wait, but a little acknowledgment goes a long way. While he was bogged down, they were only 20 feet away having a 5 minute meeting and all left. I have been waiting all morning on delivery of washer dryer and fridge called to check at 9am was told that they would be here around 11-12 still waiting guy i talked to at lowes cant even get ahold of driver now i mean really

I signed up for a flooring detail and it took the installer a week to call me back, and then after leaving 2 messages for him in 3 days he still didn't call me back. I just went to Carpet One in Owasso and will have my new carpet installed in a week. When I called to cancel the detail the salesperson didn't even ask why.
