not veteran friendly anymore
I used to love this Lowe's. I am unsure if there is new management, but in the last 12 months I have had 3 very poor customer service experiences. I won't be returning. It's disappointing.
Went in looking for a pocket door rang the bell for assistance and waited for 10 minutes but no one showed even though there were employees walking around one was even in the next isle goofing off. Finally left and Went to Home Depot, in and out in 15 minutes. Way to drop the ball Slowes.
Awful experiences. So many people here don’t know what’s going on or store procedures/protocols. It’s extremely frustrating. I don’t even care if it costs me more to go to Home Depot. Lowe’s in Owasso has a level of incompetence that is unmatched. My life will be easier not shopping here.
Bought two maple trees from Lowes last summer. They each have a one year warranty. If anything happens to the tree Lowes will replace them. Both of my trees broke within a week of each other. I had the tags and the tree wrapping (my deployed husband put the receipt somewhere I couldn’t find). The card used to purchase the trees was stolen so had to be replaced.
