HORRIBLE customer service skills!!! Don't expect help in the lumber department here! They will see you and walk right on by, expect a wait if you ask for help as well!
The sweet old man that makes the keys is awesome
The guys in the lighting department, specifically Nic, were super helpful to me today. The chandelier I wanted is on back-order & sold out everywhere. They let me have their floor model... then gave me a discount on it. Made my day! I don't always have the best experience at home improvement stores, but I give credit where it is due!
I've spent a lot of money at Lowe's in the past years. Monday, we went to order carpet. Jim, a Service Manager helped us. All I WILL say, he was rude, rolled his eyes at both me and my husband more than once, spoke down to us, made me feel like we were a bother. AGAIN, we were going to spend thousands of dollars for carpet. You've lost a loyal customer. Home Depot has gained my loyalties and my money. If you are looking for a respectable carpet representative, Russ at 71st/169 Home Depot is about as pleasant as you can get.
