They return policy sucks and no matter how long or much you’ve spent they don’t take care of you!! 50K spent in a couple months and manage Kelly would not return items. Tried to talk to manager Keith and he had no time!! Horrible customer service!!!

I just tried to take back my broken Irwin tools "GroovedLock" pliers for warrenty return. They told me the only tools they exchange is Kobalt and Craftsman. But when I looked at Irwin's web sight it says to return them to the retail store I bought them from. I am not happy with Lowe's!
Cole is one of the cashiers and he has been so very help and patience with me and my husband as we are buying lots of stuff for our new house.
Made an online purchase and received an email confirmation. When I called store Broken Arrow to pick my purchase I found out Lowes had cancelled my order. Store manager said well, "corporate send a message to this morning".I replied call, email, text? Manager had no answer. I asked is there was something comparable or when would it back in stock? Manager replied, well you're not getting it for what you paid when it's back in stock. I am done with Lowe's!!!

Lowe's Protection Plan for outdoor power equipment, don't waist your money. It doesn't cover a $15.00 cable and you have to pay a outside vendor to pickup and deliver your mower back to the store.
