I have been buying wood now for two days. Dalton in the lumber area is awesome! He has helped me two days in a row. He taught me how to look at the wood so I would know which to buy and not to buy. He is definitely a keeper!!

I got a fence through them. I emailed them specific questions and they answered them before I purchased the fence. They did the exact opposite. Now they won’t return my phone calls when I try to get them to fix it. They quoted higher than everyone but I figured a big company would do amazing work. I was wrong!
The power was out. But that didn't stop employee's from jumping in and prescanning items so they could go through check out in an orderly fashion. Way to lead the way in Remarkable customer service. Customer for life
Their Customer Service is not what it used to be. We were there last night & one of the people at the Customer Service desk was hateful & rude. My husband & I both were very angry when we left. My husband was so disturbed by her attitude that he said he was going to talk to the district mgr. Every time I go in there, there’s no one around to help.
