Lowe's in broken arrow has crappy customer service took tracking down four different sales people to only be told what I was looking for was wrong lady's sitting on floor putting new tags on wouldn't even get up to show just sd. Next isle that I had already been sent to and not there. To get help had to go to front get a little upset with clerk to finally get some help. The service at the Broken Arrow location is terrible to say the least. Yesterday while we were there we witnessed 5 employees (4 of which were standing there doing NOTHING, while 1 actually helped a customer load his items) were in the lumber outdoor loading area. We pulled up and my husband could have used some help, as he recently hurt his hand, but not on earth employee offered to help him unload our Lumber with one hand. If you want good service, don't go to Lowes in broken arrow. We needed something that they were out of on the shelf, so we asked an employee. He said "yes we do have some, but it's buried in the back and will take at least an hour to get out". Dad told the guy that he needed it tomorrow, and we would wait. We went to the back, and there were pallets of it sitting in the middle of the stockroom with absolutely nothing around it. We waited about 45 minutes and gave up and got a refund. It's a good store unless you need to load outside the lumber area. Then it's nearly impossible because a bunch of lazy contractors park right in the loading zone even though there are signs that say do not park there. Unfortunately, this manager won't enforce this store policy. Unlike the Lowes at 15th and Yale. So if I have a lot to buy, I go either to the Home Depot at 71st or to the Yale store so I can pull up and get loaded quickly.
I always get the best customer service at this store! I'm all about shopping local but I have to say Lowe's will get my continued service from now on. They have great workers with great attitudes!
