I have been price matching for 20 years at Lowes never a issue wanted to price match mulch 1.97 at Wal-Mart 3.33 lowes on 10 bags they would not do it they couldnt find on there website its $13.33 that they have lost my business over manager that came over was very young and rude.. Spent over $6,000 at Lowes last year per my taxes on my rental property!! Management need to consider things like this.. Will be going to Home Depot from now on..
Bought a new deep freezer and found that it had been smashed by a fork lift once I got it out of the box. I had to take off work to come pick it up. They didn't have a replacement and Service manager wasn't willing to help in anyway. I

Dear lowes, I bought some "Preen Plus red mulch" from you today, got home, put the bags in place, cut them open and started dumping them. If I would've known that the "plus" in the name meant "plus mold and barn smell" I would've never bought that crap. You doubled my workload and wasted my money today and for that I will never shop at your store again.
I went to the Broken Arrow location and it was nice. I needed songs supplies for our job. The products are easy to locate. The sales people were helpful. It was a friendly environment. It was. Very clean place with a lot of smiling faces. Overall I was pleased with my experience.
The customer service at this location is horrible. So we are going to Bixby location to get what we needed . Took forever to get someone to come to plumbing, when the man showed up he was rude as heck . Not helpful! Sad thing we live in BA . My husband needs a cart to get around in the store . Only one , and it was broken .
Worst customer service at this location. You can never find someone when you need them.
Refused my veterans discount, treated me like a 3rd class citizens. Spend the extra time and go to Tulsa, veterans discount given no problem. The manager doesn't know the difference between a veteran and active duty personnel. He is a joke.
