I can't say enough about the people in the Hardware area of this store. Kieth the area manager came to my house to help me with a very tough problem. Door lock I purchased when I put in a new door a couple month ago would not function. Door unlocked but bolt would not release. Never seen anything like it. We had to take handles off and cut up the bolt assembley to get door open. Lowes staff went all out to help me. Thanks.
Today, memorial day, I had a very very good experience with Lowe's and some of the staff to help me with the huge order. I am very grateful and you guys know who you were!
