After today I will never shop there again, the staff is rude and their prices are high.

I went to the North Lakeland Florida store today for a curbside pickup. I called EIGHT times and no one answered. When I went into the store the employees were just standing around. I had to leave my kids in the car to go in the store to ask for my order because I refuse to take them in anywhere. I usually love Lowe's, but this was incredibly frustrating today. I will only use South Lakeland from now on. Pictures in comments.
I bought a refrigerator on April 1st 2020 and bought the extended 5 year warranty after the sales associate made sure they had it in stock. They had 1 left. I paid and was told that I would get a phone call later in the evening to tell me what time it will be delivered. I got a call sometime after 5 PM to confirm it will be delivered between 11:30 and 4:30pm. Michael in the garden center was very helpful granted we waited for 30 minutes until a “cork lift operator” was able to come to our rescue.... the two pallets of soil were empty on the ground which called for 2 pallets of soil from the shelves to be brought down. We were as patient as could be with another couple for that whole time... we hope there will be more employees certified to operate a forklift in the future and that will be available rather waiting 30 minutes +.
My husband purchased a 3.00 part that he needed but when he got home he discovered a used part that does not work had been put into a sealed package. When he spoke to someone about it, he was told that nothing could be done about it. Apparently, either they have some shoddy employees or have some shady warehouse workers. Shame on you!!!!!
