Will never be back to do business with Lowe's after my expo with an extended warranty, aware everyone DO NOT BUY not worth it and they have a repair so called business that's has many BBB claim and reports.

This past weekend I went to Lowe's on Lakeland Highlands . There was a sample of curtains I liked that were on clearance. They were out so I asked the associate about it. She said they were out so she called the north Lakeland store which had them. I went there expecting to pay the clearance price but I was told since it was an out of stock clearance item they could not honor it. So I paid nearly $5.00 more a piece for each curtain . I had to install shutoff valves in 2 bathrooms for a countertop project. I decided to do this on my own , and it prove to be quite the challenge but I got through it with the help of Roberto Ramos and another gentleman. ...I hate I didn't get his name...they were very kind and helpful
Went into store today to get a 4 X 8 sheet of plywood that I also needed cut in half, met your employee Luis who I was quite impressed with he asked me what he could do for me, I told him, 10 minutes later it was at the counter waiting for me, man that guy has some energy, very knowledgeable as well. Thanks for the great service!! Give Luis a raise!
