I came in to the Lowe’s on 98N in Lakeland looking for something asked for somebody to send somebody over waited 15 minutes so I called the store waited another 1015 minutes still. So associate finally came up and said he’s the only one for the whole store to help customers he has 15 Isles he has to work over. Not my problem was. We greatly appreciate the awesome customer service we got from Jessica working in returns/customer service.
Vince in the flooring department was amazing. He went beyond the expectations and made sure we got what we needed and in time. He called around to different stores to make sure all our tile was the same dye lot as wanted. Very honest and loyal to customers. I can’t thank him enough!!
This isn't so much about the local store as it is about the company as a whole. I placed an online order with Lowe's. I do this every time I have to buy something from them. Usually I pick up my order but this time they had to deliver it to me. I ordered on March 3rd and they said it would be delivered on March 24th and that I would receive an email with the 2 hour delivery window. I went to buy a grill today seen one we wanted and asked to see the box. Wanted to see if it would fit in my car. Was told I needed a truck because they only sell them already put together. Was told most people have a truck when buying something like that. Well they lost a sale today because I don't have a truck! And the person taking care of us was to busy texting on his phone!
