We just used our extended warranty on our Dryer. Lowes took care of our problem fast and professionally!
In December, scheduled a delivery for this past Sunday (since it was the first available time you guys were able to deliver the refrigerator) ... even got a reminder on Thursday that my item will be delivered... waited all day, NOTHING. Didn't even get a call that you guys were unable to have it delivered. Been waiting almost a month (ordered the item December 12th). At least have the decency to call me and say you wouldn't have time to deliver!
Three of my people are there working due to the hurricane, dede, Dan, and Kenny.
