Be very careful going to Panama City Beach store the dishwasher installers won’t show up to finish the job in spite of repeated calls calls to Lowe’s also did no good I’ve spent my last dollar here it’s Home Depot for me
Worst customer service I have experienced in a Lowe’s store. I am a frequent customer for a company I work for whom happens to spend thousands of dollars at this store. In almost every department (excluding paint they have been excellent) store employees are generally rude and non helpful. I would not waste my time writing this review if they weren’t truly and utterly unpleasant to deal with.
Some lady named Rhonda was just plain freaking mean to my child. Will not return! No excuse!
I have nothing but good things to say about this store and their staff. Pam in appliances and Heidi at check-out made our appliance purchase this evening nothing short of a pleasure. They even offered to honor our 10% off coupon we will get from USPS when we forward our mail with a cash refund from our purchase price today. Very pleased. Please keep it up the good work, we appreciate it!
We have been waiting over 2weeks for our grills to come in with no phone call! Finally WE call and they have been there over a week with no call but we are told they are assembled. Not only can they not find them when we come to get them but one is assembled and one is not! So 45min later...with dinner done and family waiting not only do we not have grills but are STILL waiting on them to be put together so we can get home!
