Lowe’s sucks. Do not do business here. Employees and Mgr’s are to stupid to do there jobs nor do they care about customers
We looked online to see if Lowe's sold boat anchors and it said they did. So we went to the store and couldn't find them and asked an associate where we could find them. He replied "We don't sell anchors. This ain't a boat store." I told him it shows they sell them online and he shook his head no at me. And just walked off. Granted he was old enough to walk with Jesus. But maybe it's time to retire if you can't assist the customers or at the very least find someone who will. There's a reason home Depot across the road is always packed and this Lowe's empty. Usually I'm a big fan but this store is terrible.

Always get good customer support here. I like using the web to find the locations of items needed. Although sometime the web map is not correct.
