DO NOT do business with Lowe's in Cartersville, GA (store #0190). If you do, you are supporting a culture of employee on employee harassment that is not addressed or taken seriously. Reporting the harassment does no good because the harassment is allowed to continue and actually gets worse. The harasser is allowed to mock, taunt and continue to harass the reporting employee while the supervisor stand idly by, either too scared or too ignorant to step in, like a good supervisor would do. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you have a home improvement project do not go Lowes. After 5 weeks of not getting the project done, had to cancel and go somewhere else. No attempt made to even keep our business.

Went to Lowe's today after calling to see if they had an item I needed in the paint department. They were out last week though the inventory said they had one. It still showed one so I called to see before I made the trip. I was assured it was there although the gentleman didn't bother to even look. Of course when I get there, there were NONE and he said when he looked (he didn't look when I called) he said there were 3 and they must have sold before I got there 30 minutes later. Buyers beware when you purchase an extended warranty! When you need to use it you are given an 888 # and the original people that answers are very nice, but after that the next # you are given is a continuous voice mail. Still waiting....awful service!!!
