Horrible customer service!! I’ve never had a issue with any Lowe’s or anywhere until now. My husband & I ordered a washer & dryer at the Lynchburg, VA Lowe’s to be delivered the 12th of March. Never came. So, we went to the store and was told it would be delivered on the 14th of March between 7am and 9am. Once again no washer & dryer. So, we called to only find out the Cartersville, Georgia Lowe’s didn’t have one of the pieces in stock so the Rome, Georgia Lowe’s would deliver it on the 15th. Once again no washer and dryer.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! just wanted a box of firewood/logs. I got well we have it. It's on the top shelf it will take me about a half.hour to get someone to get them down for you as she is standing on a forklift. Who told me to go to customer service who then pointed out some other employee wondering around who told me he had to find someone else. Asked for manager and was.told 20min for him to show up. Ok so I had a issue with my new toilet I purchased at home depot....so I contacted the Kohler company they said to contact home depot so I did and a nice lady in appliances called Kohler and went out of her way to help me...so maybe she should get a job at lowes. ..anway...Kohler sent me a voucher this morning for a new toilet. ...well had to do it at Lowes cause Home Depot want owner the voucher. ..so Jerimey at Lowes and Linda hooked me up....with a brand new toilet. ..great job Lowes. ....not shopping at home Depot ever..... read more
Nice to know that the manager of this location can't do right by his customers and leave a family who paid good money for a washer stranded without one for a month at Christmas!
I stayed out of this store for 7 years because of consistently AWFUL customer service. You just weren't worthy of my business. Today I was nearby and thought I'd see if there was any improvement. There was not. One of my items at checkout was torn and the barcode ripped off. It shouldn't have been on the shelf and I didn't notice it either. The delivery scheduled 2 weeks ago for tomorrow and confirmed last Wednesday was cancelled by lowes due to them overbooking. Wonder how many people were scheduled AFTER me are being delivered instead? Shame on you for treating a customer since 1999 in this shabby manner.
We love Lowes so much. So much so that I want my ashes sprinkled inside so he will come visit me alot! LOL
This store treats the employees terribly. They don't give a reasonable explanation as to why they are terminating employees. 2 people could do the same things but only one employee would be reprimanded. It takes forever to get help loading things, this store is just awful. I will NEVER work there or shop there again and for as long as I live I will always tell people what a bad place lowes is to work at and to shop at!
