Lowe's is our first stop for any home improvement needs. Great choices, excellent customer service and a friendly staff. We did a complete kitchen remodel over two years ago - gutted the whole thing, changed the footprint, all new appliances. We now have a kitchen that is functional and beautiful thanks to the great folks at Lowe's!

Long story so bear with me, Around the middle of August of this year we had an issue with our husqavarna riding mower. We called to have it looked at under the extended protection plan that was purchased on it. Lowes sent a repair company out to look at it and they determined it needed to go in for repair. Lousy customer care there. I was treated very badly in the Cartersville, Georgia location, and will stay out of Lowe's stores from here on. People with disabilities and people of color--beware!
