Lowes installed this leaky window & 20 others over 3 months ago. Installers admitted that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of to the waterproofing layer under the siding but LOWES still researching 'causation'. while my house gets more damage with every rain. Purchased a 5 year warranty on my washer purchased at Lowe’s. They refuse to pay for repairs. We have purchased all major appliances here. Won’t be back. Don’t waste your money on an extended warranty. They won’t honor it! Customer service was extremely rude. We will take our business to Home Depot. I shopped there yesterday and upon leaving, someone had spilled a box of roofing tacks in the parking lot. I had to buy 3 new tires and their response was. “Not our problem as you chose to be here and a customer spilled those”. Not sure I will ever be a Lowe’s customer again.
Dont fall for their fake 5 year warranty on the Kobalt tools, Had some hedge trimmers start on fire on their 3rd use and was told I needed to contact the manufacturer..I always thought Kobalt was Lowes ��. Either way I'm headed to Home Depot for a new set, thanks for nothing! I wont be back!
I ordered a farmhouse sink. I attempted two different times and both times it kept saying my payment could not be processed and I need to contact customer service . I called customer service once and held for 45 mins and then a second time and held for 30 mins. Decided to call the store. Apparently not just everyone who works in customer services there can look up an order number so instead of directing me to a manger they took my name and number and will have someone call me back.
