Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The point of curb side pickup is to save time! I got hung up on more than TEN times by "Alesha" and "Tracy." I finally had to go inside and stand in line to pick up my order. I'm not sure how those two work in customer service but all I needed was once to realize I will never shop at this location again! It took 45 minutes to get my online order finally.

Why has the customer service at your stores become so poor. I purchased a stove from your store in Cartersville GA, on Thursday. Scheduled a delivery for yesterday, Saturday April 25, 2020. Not only was my new stove not delivered, I never received a call to inform me that it wasn’t coming. Your story will not take any responsibility for the waste of my time yesterday and points the finger at the delivery company. I didn’t make the contract with the delivery company, you did!! I was Overlooked by an Associate to help a Caucasian couple(I’m African American). Then the man he was trying to help asked the Associate did he want to help me first and the Associate said NO😡
