This is the worst store I have ever been in. Do not go. Waited an hour for help with a ceiling fan. Asked a guy for help he called someone and when they didn't come I asked him for a manager, he was the manager.
You have to beg for help at this store! No one asks if they can help you. Touch the button for assistance, no one shows. In the past week, I've been there 5 times. Not once was I offered assistance. (cabinets, appliances, lighting, ceiling fans) Needed stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Went to Sears! No longer a store of customers first. Too many employees huddled up chit-chatting! By reading the posts below, apparently this is an ongoing problem!
So disappointed in this Lowe's store. Installation services were TERRIBLE and the contact person at this store, Renita, doesn't seem to care much. When the installation costs as much as the product, you would think it would be done correctly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and we've been jumping through a bunch of hoops to get it done right. SO FRUSTRATED!!!
