RecommendedEmployees are always helpful in the garden area! Load up my truck quickly and gently. Products are easy to find and generally have exactly what I’m looking for.
Where are all the employees? Did they not hire cashiers or store associates?
Horrible service and bad employees. Just watched 2 ladies cursing at a man and not even offering to help him move his stuff from the handheld shopping cart to the buggy. God forbid you actually do your job!
Customer service wasn't ran effeciently. Product on isle was not marked clearly. Over a 30 minute wait to exchange a toilet supply line.
With the mishaps that I was going through I would like to thank the manager Angela Edwards for listening to my situation, and trying to help resolve it. Bless you.
You might wanna tell the snotty cashier in the garden department to stop worrying about feeding her face, and to make sure she actually rings up all the items in the buggy. If I wanted to be a thief I could have stolen rose bushes that she was too lazy to ring up. She has the worst attitude and needs to be trained on how to treat customers. I got 20 bags of concrete mix. The guy who was helping me to load them was yelling on my truck and dropping off the bags in a very bad way because his partners didn't help him to do it. The. I went back for another 30 and the cashier told me someone would help me on the load. No one came. In my third trip for 30 more the cashier told me if i wanted them to load'em on my truck they wold charge me for the pallet, otherwise i had to load it by myself.
