Why do you completely close off the Lumber section to unload trucks and pile it in the isle preventing you from buying $500 worth of Lumber at 1:30 in the afternoon? I went to another home improvement store... Why can you run night shifts to unload trucks and stock after hours like normal business do?
They always seem to have what we need and if I need help, I can usually get it pretty quickly.
Have used lowes several times for installed purchases and have been very pleased every time!
Lowes in Alabaster always offers excellent customer service and you can find someone to assist you.
I like it but spend more time there than I do at home. Lol
My husband came to buy paint May 14, 2015. We have a lowes account. Spent an hour and half in there for the paint department to tell him they no longer sell the paint, and could not match it. He is now at Lowes in bessemer, and found out that everything was a lie.. I don't know if the employee was lazy or misinformed!!
25 people in checkout line & 1 cashier open. Must be having a contest with Walmart. Went to Home Depot- 3 registers open in garden center.
