Alway courteous and helpful.
I’m an extremely frustrated customer! I picked out 8 large tool related items that totaled over $2800 and could not find a single person to assist me! I finally got in a checkout line in hopes of getting help from the cashier but after 10 minutes the cashier closed down the line right when I was next up. I then went to customer service to find no one at the counter. As a last resort I went to contractors check out and the line was too long to wait. Poor girl was overwhelmed. I have called numerous times and spoken to a female manager. I was told my issue would be looked into and I would get a return call. I have called every day since Tuesday (it’s Friday) and been unable to connect to this manager. I think this place has no idea what’s going on and you cannot get a phone call back. The only way someone will acknowledge you is if you walk in and make a fuss.
Great service and helpful associates
The Lowe’s in Alabaster Al never has enough help. If you can find someone to help you you are lucky. I have been there several times since we moved close by & I’ve walked all over trying to find what I’m looking for. If you don’t have lots of time to hunt all over this huge store looking for what you want, go somewhere else.
We have purchased multiple appliances from Lowe’s in Alabaster. I bought a dishwasher last Wednesday and was told it was in stock, would be pulled that day, and could be delivered Monday. I rearranged my work schedule waiting for Lowe’s to deliver and install but no one called. I called the store who told me to call corporate. Corporate had to call the store just to find out it had never been pulled. Which in turn never notified the contractor it was ready. Better stocking and faster cashiers!
The 5 star compliment goes to SHEILA! Seems she runs much of the place by herself. She went above and beyond helping us in a department where she does not work, while finishing and starting other obligations to other customers, still doing her very best to accommodate us regarding our issue.
