This picture was taken 10 minutes after leaving Lowes in Alabaster and 1 minute before entering Home Depot in Pelham. The reason for the trip from Alabaster to Pelham was due to a poor decision of young lady at the return counter of Lowes. I was returning a kitchen faucet that I had purchased in December and placed in our kitchen sink. The faucet failed yesterday and caused a wet mess. I ordered a washing machine from the Alabaster store on Monday. It's Thursday. They just delivered a washer to my house. It's not the right washer. Not even close. So unhappy.
My dog Selina, a 7 month old lab/pit bull got to experience Lowe's in Alabaster tonight. It was her first time in a place like that. She thoroughly enjoyed it. The cashiers were so nice to her. I didn't know this before tonight, but Lowe's (at least the one in Alabaster) is a service animal and pet friendly store. They have a sign by the front door that says they welcome all service animals and pets as long as they are well-behaved and either leashed or carried.
