My wife bought me a troybuilt pressure washer 22 months ago. Lowes said it has a 2 year warranty. So it breaks I take it to customer service where I meet "Faith" an overweight, middle age, black woman...the meanest woman I ever met...the only time she smiles was while she was telling me that the two year warranty was only good for 2 years from manafactor date. 39 minutes for an internet pick up today. I’ve seen monkey shit fights at the zoo that were better organized than your internet pickup process, Lowe’s. Call your Business Process Improvement Department for an audit asap.
Poor customer service and I have been waiting 2 weeks for my washing machine to be delivered!! This is the second time that it was supposed to be delivered and no courtesy calls or anything.
I would like to file a complaint about store #2525 in Alabaster, AL. I just called their delivery department to ask a few simple questions about a delivery I have coming Monday and the person on the phone was VERY rude and not helpful at all. She made it seem like I was wasting her time. Will never be using Lowe's again to purchase big items like I did yesterday. Honestly wish I could cancel my order and give my money to someone else.
The guy in the plumbing area was so rude to me about my question. And just flat out told me that they don't make bath faucets without the shower heads. I know they are online and home depot has it and sat there and told me that I don't know what I am talking about!
I bought a propane grill online at Lowes for pick-up in Alabaster. When I got there I needed a few other items whic I picked up then went to customer service. I waited approximately 15 minutes for the grill to show up from the back (no big deal). I was asked to sign and show an Id which I did. The employee rolled the grill over to me and said “here you go”. I was not asked can I help loading it out or anything. The employees are not exactly the most out going or friendly. Bob was rude and condescending when I asked to borrow a tape measure. I have to continue coming here bc it’s the only home improvement store around.
