Had plenty of help finding what we wanted but when we (2 women) had to load up 3 doors and panaling by ourselves it was pretty sad.
Do not order anything from lowes !! The worst customer service its been well over a month and still have received my refrigerator that i was promised to get in 2 weeks!!!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a refrigerator over a month ago and was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. After numerous calls, I still have no idea when I will be receiving my refrigerator. The customer service at the store is next to useless. They will transfer your call to the appliance department only to then be hung up on. I will never shop at lowes on millerville again.
I placed an order online for building materials. They were to be delivered on Monday. I receive a phone call Monday at 11:00 stating that they didn't have the materials that I ordered, but the truck would be there the next morning. I asked for an estimated time that the delivery would take place. They couldn't give me an estimated time. My contractor will be there in the morning, so giving me no time estimate was unacceptable. The worst at customer service. No one answers the phone. $4100 in purchases go unfilled for over a month. The staff is ill informed and cannot give accurate information. Will no longer give this company any future business.
My mother and Aunt went to pick out flooring and two associates helped them. They were here helping out because of the flood. They were from Fayetteville, AR. They were Candy Watson and Cisco Perez, both went above and beyond in helping them. Even though they didn't purchase anything at the time. Watson and Perez were extremely pleasant. Please thank them for us.
Bought a floor lamp for the great room, and it looks fabulous! Love me some Lowe's!
Great customer sevice from the Millwork Manager Greg! He goes over and beyond to help everyone he possibly can! Can't say enough great things about him. He truly cares about his customers!
