Appliances ordered AND PAID FOR in December. Have had several delivery dates "scheduled" with no-shows. Numerous phone calls. Disconnected numerous times. Promises made and not kept. Still do not have appliances and no one will return our calls. Maybe it's time to involve the Attorney General's office. How is this not criminal?
Took forever and then screwed up the order and now trying to blame us....now when we call. ..they hang up on us....6 times...very rude and no help....corporate will get a call....spent 800$.....could at least take a little time to help....grrrrr
The worst lowes I ever been to. This is coming from a contractor. I don't recommend anyone to come to this place. You will get no help and will be treated badly. Don't order online unless you getting it shipped to your home.
Just waited 1/2 hour for help with a water heater. Someone showed just to turn off the chime, when I asked if they were there to help me she snapped and said "well I need to know what you want, I can't help you without any information"..I walked away and will not step foot in that store again. Thank you very little
Worst customer service I have seen a long time. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me and asking to people in the front to get me someone no one ever showed up. Purchased three items all three items for Miss price. Had to go back in the store to receive a refund. The girl looked at me as if I was holding up the store. I will try not to shop here again
