They've gotten rid of all of the help out in the garden shop. I'm a senior woman who wanted a little help with a bunch of 'pavers' for my back yard by my patio...the young lady up in the store said they'd been having a lot of 'cut-backs' and weren't going to have "Loaders" anymore. 'Guess who must be going out of business????
the lowes on millersville rd. in baton rouge has managers that have no clue how to do their job!! I had an online order that was canceled without going look for product in stock. They lie to you and cost small businesses money. I had to go to store and get my own order. They do not take fault for their actions or screw ups. Bad service is what I think of them!!
Been here over 2 hours to unload appliances and have yet to get backed to the door. Drivers time is important too

I hope you have time to kill because what I thought would be a simple short trip to pick up an order paid for online turned into a 43 minute ordeal. The worst part was their wasn't even a line to wait in. It was just that the associates Jalen and Danieko didn't know what they were doing and that's ok, however they said nothing to us. When my husband asked what we were waiting on they told us they were new and trying to figure it out, that's all and just wait. I think it's pretty stupid that you have employees you do not allow in the store. It penalizes me the customer who has to wait for somebody to help load me inside only to be told they're not allowed outside and I have to wait for some outside help that is not allowed in the store to come take over and move my stuff from my buggy to my vehicle

I purchased my blinds from Lowe’s and Mrs. Linda Bubb was absolutely wonderful to work with. She kept me updated about my order and went above and beyond to assist me from start to finish. If you are looking for blinds, I would definitely recommend Lowe’s and Mrs. Linda.
