After over two hours of waiting to get help in appliances, we were told the washer that we wanted wasn’t in stock. Or the next three washers that we picked out. There was a twenty minute wait to even find that out. The manager (on the phone) was “nice enough” to offer to take 10% off the washer in stock ($300 over any of them that we picked out). Management is a disaster here. I purchased too much mortar and tile...think massive order needing a forklift to load. I realized at customer service while picking up the order and asked to just return the items now so they didn't have to pull them. They wasted 2 hours of my life and got 4 employees involved to say corporate policy requires me to load it up prior to returning. This is ridiculous! Will not honor military discount for wives. Will not shop lowes again or any place else that will not honor.
Absolutely horrible customer service ! Our delivery has been bumped 3 times and they keep giving us the run around. From here on out, I will be taking my money elsewhere.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! SHAME THERE ISN'T 0 STARS!!!! WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS STORE. HELD MY PAID FOR APPLIANCE HOSTAGE FOR 4 DAYS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DELIVER AND HAVE TO WORK OVERTIME. MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK ARE VERY RUDE! TRIED TO CALL TO CANCEL INSTEAD OF DRIVING ALL THE WAY THERE AND WAS HING UP ON A TOTAL OF 27 TIMES!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE AND THE BBB. Worst customer service from the store level all the way up to their corporate office! This is my second horrible experience with Lowe's. I decided to give them a second chance after the first incident but that was a big mistake! I purchased a patio set on Saturday, June 10th and delivery was scheduled for Sunday, June 18th.
