Lowe’s doesn’t care about customer service! When will all of us realize that. Was just denied service when the materials were all in stock and available and I was ready to pay in full with cash. Their lazy staff doesn’t care. Management doesn’t care. From the reviews I’ve read...corporate doesn’t care. I literally live across the street and will never spend another cent in that store. Appliance Delivery Department is not at all focused on customer service. Too many other places to buy appliances. This is a prime example of why brick and mortar stores are going to be replaced.
I ordered a custom cabinet for my bathroom from the Lowe’s on Millerville,it came it scratched and when I called the store the only option they gave me was to bring it back and reorder! The manager was of no help at all, she basically told me they were to busy with Christmas and her day was absolutely crazy to discuss it,and said she would have someone call me back.....still waiting! We went to get a tree As always and I ask for help and the man that was over there. Told me to do my self and walk away. So I was mad.
Very disrespectful employee working self checkout. Disappointing. Home Depot from now on only. Customer service should always be first.
