Gave a star only so I could leave a comment. As far as I'm concerned, Lowe's doesn't deserve it. My mother had a bad experience with Lowe's this summer. When I complained, the manager apologized and asked that I give them another chance. I did. Stopped by there this morning to pick up an item in flooring. Stood by the register as I had a question. Three employees walked up with one customer. Not one of them offered to help or even acknowledged my presence. They walked right passed me. Good bye Lowe's. Hello Home Depot.
Love lowes variety and customer service. However they do need to clear out the debris from the hurricane several years ago before someone gets hurt. Don't they have chain saws? And please, keep up with the restrooms!
Loved working with this amazing group of people. I miss you guys.
