I have been waiting since 1:30PM for a delivery that was supposed to happen between 2:30 and 4:30 PM....I have called XPO and they said I wasn't home. WRONG have been here since 1:30 waiting....Have been on hold with XPO delivery for 20 minites now. They are just waiting for me to hang up instead of dealing with the issue.
I bought a push mower last year 4/17 and I left gas in the tank it’s still under warranty from manufacture I paid $179.00 for it last year and it just cost me $101.00 to repair . I won’t be buying anything else from lowe’s.
Absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service given when purchasing a large appliance. After ordering a refrigerator with the delivery time of 4:30-6:30 the appliance is not here at 8:30 pm! And ZERO members of management seem to care. The delivery driver was not able to be reached and was basically “lost”. I will never order anything for delivery from this store again. I'm sorry to say I'm done with the Big Box store. Spent $$$ on W&D, and have not received it as promised today. I called Big Box store, and customer service tells me not their problem to call OPX, delivery service. So I did, and still no W&D. I've spent a total of 25+ minutes on hold, and told nothing. So Big Box store, you name is on my receipt, and you are responsible. Looking forward to my $$$ credit back to my Big Box card, which I'll cut up afterwards. There will be no 5 star rating either.
The Duracell AA batteries (cells) I have been purchasing from Lowe's have been leaking in my electronic equipment in greater frequencies before their expiration dates!!! On line and via telephone Duracell is denying the fact that they have issues with their Chinese manufactured batteries. I advice Lowe's to change their battery product/brand to the Energizer or Rayovac batteries. They are more reliable, longer lasting and worth the money I pay. Our home is a Lowes home! We have used the Gloucester Lowes to pretty much rebuild our old farmhouse and property. Always a good experience!
Jeff was kind enough to hand saw the wood we bought as we'd been told they could cut it and it turned out to be the wrong wood to cut. He went above and beyond to help us.
