Don’t bother going to Lowe’s in Gloucester & speaking to Jay. She clearly hates her life & her job & is very rude to customers who are just looking for help. As for the manager (brian) he doesn’t seem to care about his customers either & doesn’t want to do anything about his rude employees. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
I went into Lowe’s on Sat to get a Christmas gift and Tom the tool man was very very helpful. Along with all the other associates I loved the experience
My fiancé and I are doing a big remodel in our home. We went to Lowe’s this Saturday morning with a long list of things to purchase. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, especially a working veteran named Carl who went above and beyond what he had to. Best customer service I have had anywhere in a long time!
Remember when the associates in this store asked you if you needed help or if you found everything you needed? Not anymore! Unless you’re fortunate enough to go on a day when a veteran employee is working, don’t bother shopping here. Go to Williamsburg instead. The associates at the Gloucester store avoid you at all cost and are often rude when you go to the service desk or seek assistance. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY BOSCH APPLIANCES!!!! In April 2018, I was the lucky girl whose boyfriend bought her the top of line Bosch 800 washer and dryer set with a stacking unit, a mere $3500 investment at Lowe's. Fantastic, right??
