Always had a decent experience until today. They made a mistake at the register and it took customer service 35 MINUTES to fix the situation and refund my card correctly. This store will never receive my business again.
I am not always sure exactly what I need for some of my projects. I can always find someone who is knowledgeable and willing to help. Note I used the word WILLING!
It seems as though that the cashier/checkout has become a freakshow . Lets see how unprofessional we can dress. Pink green and blue hair. More piercings than Dennis rodman and tattoos from foot to hip that I can see due to ill fitting shorts. Come on people , I realize this is a hardware store but at least try to look professional.
