This store has a big problem especially with the recorded phone line. Call in and push 5 for departments and after 45 seconds it returns to the beginning asking if you want store hours. I have been calling for several days and gave up. Call the Lowes in Amelia great customer service. I must admit that I hate the automatic phone . I would gladly pay more to a store that starts hiring people again. May live closer to Mason but would rather spend my money where they hire people who work. Horrible customer service. Seems as though the manager's have the same poor attitude as the associates.
Terrible customer service. I had to call to check the status of my special order flooring. I told them the home phone number in their file no longer existed. It wasn't changed so I had call to check on the arrival. It was still under my old home number. Lots of employees standing around when there was a line at the customer service desk. Couldn't find anyone to help in the door department. Thank goodness Home Depot is nearby.
Poor, poor customer service. Sold mulch that they ran out of ... They were not willing to make it right. Sent me to the middle of the store to get my refund! Followed by a snotty customer service rep ... And all of this after 45 minutes in line
