We special ordered tile a MONTH ago for a large kitchen project. They delivered two lots whose colors are DRASTICALLY different. Our tilers are already here to install. Management basically said: sorry and they can redeliver in 5-10 days. No concern that we are going to be financially responsible for our contractor's time TWICE!!! Do NOT trust them to get your tile order correct!!!
What a crappy customer service this store has in west chester. Not sure its just us. Delivery dates are never kept. Store manager is so rude and has no patience. Have been following up for so long with no response. Everytime we call Lowe's customer service they say we will get back with days of no call and we end up calling them again.If there was a 0 star I would give them that. Highly not recommended
I can't believe this fact but the seedling that I bought at Lowe's as it says "Ichiban Eggplant" which is a Japanese brand is apparently Chinese eggplant. I didn't want this, because you can find it any store around the area IF you want it, but Japanese is so rare. This is not acceptable! 日本の「1番ナス」の名前で売られていた苗を買って大事に育てていたのに、実をつけてみたら中国のナスでした。酷すぎる！
This store is a mix of some lazy and unresponsive employees (not all, but enough that it makes this statement painfully obvious) and what must be TERRIBLE managenent. There were basically no employees in sight at 4:00 PM on a Sunday. Pressed the Help button in cabinetry, heard the call go out about 10 times - waiting 15 minutes - and ZERO number of people show up. Clearly understaffed, and what "help" we did find on our other project wasn't knowledgeable and didn't bother to actually ask questions to help get to an answer. C... read more
lowes are thieves jeff mauser the project specialist at mason-Montgomery store in mason, charged 413 dollars to my lowes card, without my knowledge or permission. and lowes refuses to do anything about it. saying I signed for it, funny thing is I was at work at the time it was signed for, and have documents to prove so
