Very disappointed in Lowe’s. After I made my purchase I was told that it would take almost 3 weeks for delivery of a in stock stove due to their shortage of delivery drivers. I’m sorry but your inability to keep or staff is not my issue nor should the service I receive suffer due to your mismanagement. Also 10 days wait for microwave installment is unacceptable as well. Best Buy wouldn’t make me wait that long. And to think you made me pay for this crappy service. Shame on you. Never again!
Bought frig Friday at Lowes on Mason-Montgomery Road on March 30th, with delivery date the following Wednesday April 4th.. No show...called Lowes and now the delivery date is 6th!!! They said they were a driver short...AMAZING!!! And they call this customer support....
I have been trying to get a replacement door for a refrigerator that was dented when it was delivered in July. The store manager won’t even help.
Been standing here at the customer service desk for 30 minutes waiting for flooring which was ordered Saturday and I got a call this afternoon it was ready for pickup.
Customer service is lacking Company wide- we have had to purchase and repurchase 5 refrigerators over the past 3 1/2 years... now the current one is broken. We bought the extended warranty, Filed a request for service on March 23. First repairman can't do the repair , now we won't get a repair until AT LEAST April 3. From now on we have to do a better job researching the company customer service first!
I am miffed. I was scheduled for a delivery for today. I took off of work and my son and I waited here all day. To find it was never loaded on the truck and it is not coming today. What upsets me is that when it was sold to me yesterday it was promised for delivery today. Where are the checks and balances to make sure all was delivered that were scheduled for that day before everyone goes home??!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service. It takes forever for someone to help you and chances are it's not for the department you need help in. Trying to put a new floor in. We have been here 3 times and each time has taken in excess of an hour. This is the last time we do business here.
