IMy interaction with this store has probably been the worst retail experience of my life! After being put on hold multiple times for nearing 2 hours, I spoke to an extremely rude "customer service" rep, who refused to help me place an order and told me to "just come in and buy it." I hung up the phone and called back (because this was the only store I could find within 100 miles that had what I needed) and was told that my order would be set aside for a later pick up date once the payment processed. Making sure your employees know what your products are so they don't load the wrong ones into your truck so you are forced to return and get a refund.
Used the online ordering system for Lowes Home Improvement store on Mason Montgomery Rd to avoid being around other people. Upon my arrival home I discovered that one item was missing. I called the store and would like to say that their customer service is awful. Time to reevaluate using this merchant in the future.
a big shout out to cashier, Lynne today. she was so nice, very helpful. cannot say so much about the supervisor with the the British accent.....was very abrupt thanks for being great Lynne!!
