We came to ask about storm doors on Jan 27. It took 10 days to get an estimate for the install, then we purchased the door Feb. 12. The install couldn't be scheduled for a month, which was then rescheduled for today, and we just got a call saying it was going to have to be rescheduled again. So we're looking at 2 months to get a storm door. It's just pitiful. Note to self (and others): DO NOT USE LOWE'S INSTALLATION SERVICES!

Tried 3 times to purchase a washer and dryer set, but could never get anyone to help me.
Warning to friends and family, Lowe’s will take your money and cheat you. We bought carpet in July and they installed 2 different kinds, so half was not the price or quality we paid for. They tried to sneak it in but the installers told on them. We’ve been arguing for months and they’ve done nothing. I don’t understand why the pick up counter is even there when it’s always closed. Almost 90% of the time I come in to pick up an item the counter has a sign saying it’s closed and to go to customer service. On top of that out of 3 pick up orders I’ve done with Lowe’s in the past 2 weeks 2 have been damaged. As a contractor I don’t have time to waste driving back and forth between separate Lowe’s to get an undamaged item. I’m taking my business to Menards from here on out.
