My washing machine died a few days prior to going to Home Depot. They said they couldn't deliver it to me for 2 and a half weeks. A few days later I called Home Depot again explaining my machine was dead and I really needed it delivered sooner. They didn't try to help or work with me at all. The same Saturday I called Lowes to see how soon I could get a washer delivered, they told me about two weeks also. I explained my situation and they were about to work me in on a Monday! went there to pick up carpet padding, was told they would be right with me 30 min later went and got the same person and he says we are out of padding. so we went to home depot and got what we needed.
Has to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with when it comes to home improvement stores
I wish my daughter would have seen the reviews here before making a purchase at this store. She is already having problems getting carpet installed that she already paid for! #Lowe's
Customer service is surprising weak. Home Depot (Milford-location) is much better.
