I had 80 sheets of drywall delivered today. They had an entire (flat) empty parking lot to leave it in, preferably in parking spot by my entry door, per discussion with driver. I show up 10 mins later to find 80 sheets stacked with about a foot over the parking curb. SERIOUSLY? Not flat on the ground? Are you idiots? I like my walls straight, as I'm sure many of your customers do. VERY disappointed.
Came in yesterday to seek advise on an outdoor spicket issue couldn't find anyone went to have someone page someone they did but,no one showed also,you didn't have any furnace filters I needed nor the paint brushes come on Lowe's your my fav over the other guy but,here lately disappointed �
Thought I had a winner: Price matched, great service, and even price-matched the promotional rate on the credit card. 18 months later, I get hit with $266 of interest, as my 40 month same as cash price match expires. Store blames Credit card department. Credit Card Department blames store.
Kudos to Kim, Kristin, and Marcel for their excellent customer service! They listened to me and fixed my problem. I've started shopping at Lowe's again.
Stay away from windows department After you pay big money for crapy windows they turn their ass to you and try to ignore you and not to fix their mistake I payed $ 19.000 for windows and 75.% creepy jobb
Bill helped me as soon as I walked in the door. He found the item I was sent to get and I was on my way. No problem.
I just heard a friend of mine went to Lowes in Milford Ohio and was checking out. He had told the cashier that he gets VETERANS discount. She said do you have a card? He said can't you tell by my hat? He served in Vietnam 4 years. She got snotty and said without a card no discount. She probably didn't know when the Vietnam war was? But it gave her freedom. I will never shop there or refer anyone there. Beechmont gives no questions asked. This is how you serve your customers!!! Or service men!!!
