I bought a craftsman mower here last summer. it stopped working, I have tried to reach out to craftsman and got no response, however on their website it said I could return to store. at the Milford Lowe's I was told by the manager there was nothing they could do. I tried another location and they were able to send it in for repair. I'm not sure why all stores would not know the policies for returns/repairs.

Never pay in store at Lowe’s! I paid my bill in full at customer service and the payment never posted to my credit card account [Synchrony bank] and instead was cashed at US Bank although Lowe’s clearly shows it was paid. It’s never been applied to my account and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone to trace where it went. Trying to call Lowe’s Corporate is also a disaster as they keep you on hold for hours. This is a nightmare!

They measured for a fence April 23rd and then had me pay up front over $3000. It's now June 12th and the install isn't scheduled until August 6th. DO NOT go here for a fence or deck installation. I'm under contract so I can't back out. They could care less because they get paid upfront. Worst experience I've ever had with a company.

So I ordered outdoor garland on the Lowe’s website for in store pickup. I specifically looked for indoor/outdoor garland since again, it’s going to be outside. The Lowe’s website states that the garland is indoor/outdoor. So I order and drive all of the way to pick it up. The box very clearly states “For indoor use only”. It’s not that hard....ensure accuracy on your website! I’m sure we will find what we need at Home Depot.

Most helpful associates. Left my wallet as I checked out. They tried to call me but it was an old number. Kept it safe. Went it this morning to check and it was there!

I've always shopped and loved Lowes but when you came out today to pass out flags and welcome home a deceased soldier... you went above and beyond 🇺🇸

I don't normally take to social media to voice my opinion but thought this needed to be shared. We took my 85 year old mother to Lowe's (in Milford, Ohio) over the 4th of July weekend and our cashier Mary would not honor the military discount. She claimed that mom would have to open a Lowe's charge in order to receive the discount. I advise all of my Facebook and military friends to avoid shopping at Lowe's (Milford) and the entire chain if this is their new policy.
