I've had other items delivered to my house that didn't go so well, but today I had the best experience! I had 2 nice men deliver my stove this morning. Their names were Pete and Bradley. They were personable, professional, cautious, and very quick! They knew how to do their job well! These guys need a pat on the back for a job well done! Thank you Beth
We spent hours picking out items for our contractor to pick it up and left it at the pro desk. We then went to Europe and had our bathrooms redone. They never held aside anything at the pro desk and created a huge hassle for us during our trip, and some of the items we wanted are now out of stock so we have to wait until they get back in to be finished. I will NEVER shop at a Lowe's again. Completely blown away by the ineptitude.
Not very happy at the moment Materials for my new hardwood floor did not arrive today.
