The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was told by manager John that they can not look up a receipt. Bought a weed eater here not even 30 days ago. Used it twice and it broke. Was told they can’t look up my receipt nothing they can do. I know they can look up receipts because they’ve done it in the past. Not even a month ago they looked up a receipt for a friend of mine . Lowe’s will never get my business again.
RecommendedWas there earlier today with my mother to pick up some paint. While we were waiting my mothers blood sugar dropped and she almost fell out. The lady running the paint counter, i believe her name was Myles, seen what was going on and came over and helped me get my mother to the car. She stayed with her while i pulled up the car and made sure she got in and buckled up safely. She went above and beyond for us. You have one amazing employee, we will definitely be shopping here more often.
great service, great prices
Mark, the assistant manager, was nothing short of an angel. As a 1st grade teacher in Norwood, I came into the store hoping to have some wood cut for signs that I wanted to place in my students' yards while we're away from school during the Pandemic. Mark thoughtfully picked out the appropriate wood, cut it into stakes, and then stapled the signs to the stakes for me. He told me his wife is a teacher, too, and generously gave me wood at no cost. Answer the phone. Don't keep customers on the phone trying to talk to a manager for now over 20 minutes. DO deliver when you say you will. DON"T lose the product (a stove) so it can't be found to be delivered.
This is mostly a good store. In sections where there several similar items, like electrical and plumbing, the items tend to get mixed up. You have to check carefully to insure you’re getting what you want to get. Everyone I talk to is friendly.
