I have been buying material for many yrs. I spend over 100, 000 a yr plus. Customer service people are so lazy and act like because you are a known face they never want to help.
My favorite place to get paint advice. They always have what i need and if they don't they are not afraid to either look it up for me or tell me where i can find it. Great service at the paint desk.
Associates were rude and at customer service they had no clue
