Flooring department failed miserably. Huge communication problems between those that work in flooring all the way to the hardwood delivery driver who put the hardwood in the garage (TWICE because the first time they delivered the wrong wood) and the wood must sit inside the house for 48 hours. I signed a minimum of 3 separate contracts because they kept messing stuff up. I can keep going but you get the picture.
