Lowes delivery and customer service departments at the Petal MS store are amazing! I was provided with exceptional customer service today when I ordered a washing machine and they worked to get it delivered to me as soon as possible.
I love shopping here the employees are always so friendly and helpful in helping me find items that I am looking for.......

The Petal Lowe's has excellent customer service in the many many times I've been in the past year. They've been a help from choosing materials in fixing up our house from storm damage to selling it and fixing up the new one. Each employee is knowledgeable and helpful in their department. ����!

I went to this location today to pick up multiple racks for my office. Robert was absolutely wonderful helping us find everything and getting it all loaded into the truck!
My visit was epic‼️ I visited garden shop. The associates were so knowledgeable about flowers. They listened to my stories of failure, looked at pics of plants I already had, and made recommendations. They taught me how to read the colored tags on the plants as well. Lastly, I had no idea everything was half off but they shared this with me so guess what, I bought 3x as much as I'd planned. Keep up the great work‼️
