After speaking to an employee and a manager at the other location it seemed like no one wanted to help, I couldn't even get them to do me one favor when trying to buy over $400 worth of inventory. I haven't been to a Lowe's in ages because the service was consistently horrible at the store closest to my home. But, I took a chance today and ordered some lumber for store pickup. I drove an extra 15 minutes to go to the Petal store instead of going to the store closer to home. But, it was definitely worth the drive. The guys in building materials were fantastic! My order was ready when I got there, and it was obvious they took pride in selecting decent boards to fill the order. Definitely A++++ customer service!
My daughter and I met the nicest employee at Lowes in Petal,his name was Eddie Cleland ! He went out of his way to cut some conduit pipe for us,something that I don't think was in his job description and he was so nice about it !! God places certain people in your paths at just the right time !!
