I needed to buy a washer and dryer in a hurry. I didnt have much time. Scott in appliances made my day. He was knowledgeable about the washers and dryers and found me ones in stock. He got it set up for next day delivery and it went very smoothly. Thanks Scot 1313119.
Once again Lowe's doesn't fail to impress or to get things right. Made an online order. Store site stated 57 items in stock. This was a needed portion of my order. I did not receive an email about order ready for pickup so I went to my account. It showed three of the four items ready for pick up and the forth, with 57 items in stock, was cancelled. I've been in this location before, with others, but I was flying solo this time. i found everything in decent time, with minimal help.
It is never fun to have to buy a new appliance you weren’t planning to have to replace. However, the awesome employees at Lowe’s in Petal really took the sting out for it for me today. Ms. Lisa and Ms. Joyce are awesome, y’all go see them! #newdryer Edit: Mr. James and Mr. Travis delivered my dryer today and were equally as wonderful as the in store staff. Lowe's lost a loyal customer this week. I will no longer shop at Lowe's. The warranties they offer on appliances is a complete hoax. They have no intention of ever fulfilling the commitment the fraudulent companies they subcontract with. There are plenty other places to get ripped off...
The Mangers and floor staff are great and very helpful. I always enjoy going and buying from “My” Petal LOWES.
Chip in hardware at the Petal store was awesome! Super helpful and had awesome suggestions to help us get the things we needed to get the job done!
