Worst delivery process! Can't schedule delivery or choose rescheduling date/time frame. No one calls for delivery time but says they do. Blames it on XPO but they can't do anything either. So every day I'm supposed to wait and see if the delivery time (they decide the night before) will work? And that's if they actually call!
What ever happened to customer service. There was no one to help my husband to get roofing supplies yesterday, My husband is 78 years old. He had to load 3 rolls of roofing material and the 5 gallon buckets of roofing tar in the truck by himself as there was no one to help with it... I will never go back to that store to purchase anything. There was no one in the store to help, to tell us anything or to offer any kind of assistance. except when we went to pay.
